Description : The main goal of this program is to develop licensed practicing and future para-professionals. This program incorporates components necessary to assist the para-professional in instructing and supporting the educational attainment of school-age students in reading, writing, and mathematics, and in reading readiness, writing readiness, and mathematics readiness. A careful alignment was made with other educational training programs to attempt to align knowledge base, philosophy for preparation and goals and objectives for a continuity that could result in a 2 + 2 career ladder training program.
